I know you want to learn German. But for all those of you who speak English anyway, this is not necessary. Because many of our German terms are not German, but English. We find cool things to draw and like to workout on a stylish t-shirt. Sometimes training sessions are canceled, but that may also be suitable if you have a meeting anyway, just because you have a startup launched.

To use English words and connect them to the German language, many are great, especially young German. It's called Denglish. In recent years, the German language has changed a whole lot. When the phone is broken, it has previously called for service. Today we call on the services or support or equal to the hotline.

Much funnier, I think, though, that there are also apparent Anglicisms. These are terms which sound English, but does not understand English or American. The best known word is the word phone. In Germany, the phone has a mobile phone. And a projector is not in our example a car, but a projector, for example, to show PowerPoint presentations on the big screen. A male model for us here is a nice man, so a male model. And a classic car is a very old car. An emcee is a moderator, someone who presents a TV show. And in Germany there are not only teens, but tweens. Then there are people 20 to 30

Are you totally confused now? You do not have to be. Because each language is a mixture of different influences. We have a date, like to drink cappuccino and then take a siesta. Or? Still - I am glad that your German learning and will also try in the coming weeks to help you there.
